A 2008 continuation plan for Oakwood Dr to Camile. once signed off has expired. Various documentation, contours, and related engineering will be made available. While plan(s) depict "Oakwood Drive" it is not a road presently. However, PUBLIC WATER is in existing-developed Oakwood Dr. (and on Camile Rd.) is base paved road to the end of the culd-e-sac. Seller is working with the town to complete paving of developed-existing Oakwood Dr. Agents and developer(s) advised to check with the town on updated subdivision requirements. The Town Planner did say a developer could re-approach the town as the engineered (proposed) road is wide enough. She is familiar with the land/engineering and would be happy to explain the process
